FirstChannels provides IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) access, including live TV channels, movies and series (VOD), HD/FHD/4K streaming, and multi-device compatibility across our Solo, Duo, and Family plans.

FirstChannels is not responsible for channel content or third-party servers.

User responsibility

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You will not share or resell subscriptions unless approved as a reseller
  • You will use the service for personal, legal purposes only
  • You will not misuse, hack, or attempt to disrupt the service
  • You will not exceed your plan's device connection limit

Sharing your account or credentials may result in immediate termination without refund.

Availability of service

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to internet outages, third-party server issues, scheduled maintenance, or regional restrictions. FirstChannels is not liable for interruptions outside our control.

Payments & refunds

  • All prices are clearly listed on our pricing page — one-time payments, no auto-renewal
  • Payment is arranged through live chat after you place your order, using the method you choose (card, PayPal, or crypto)
  • We never store your card details — payments are handled by secure third-party processors
  • Service is activated after payment is confirmed, typically within minutes

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 7-day money-back guarantee.

Prohibited actions

  • Reselling accounts without authorization
  • Accessing backend or reseller panels without permission
  • Sharing illegal content through our platform
  • Attempting to circumvent device connection limits

Violation of any of the above may result in instant account termination.

Device & app support

We provide installation assistance for Fire Stick, Smart TVs, Android/iOS, Windows/Mac, and MAG devices. However, FirstChannels is not responsible for:

  • Device malfunctions or hardware failures
  • Outdated software or operating systems
  • Unsupported or incompatible hardware

Limitation of liability

FirstChannels is not liable for channel content sourced from third-party providers, interruptions caused by ISPs or local networks, device issues, loss of data or revenue, or any damages resulting from use of our services. Use of FirstChannels is at your own risk.

Account termination & changes to these terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, abuse reseller privileges, or share subscriptions publicly — no refunds are issued for accounts terminated due to violations. We may update these terms at any time; changes are posted on this page with a revised date.
